Support
1. Get help
Email dev@productseal.com from your usual email app. It helps if you include:
- your Support ID, shown on the game's Account screen. It is a random code created on your device and does not identify you, but it helps us match your message to what you see in the game;
- your device model and Android version;
- the game version, shown on the main menu (for example
v1.0.0) and on the game's Google Play page under "About this game"; - what happened and what you expected, and a screenshot if you can;
- for a purchase problem, the support code for that purchase in Account > Purchase history (it starts with
RS-) and the Google Play order number (it starts withGPA.and is in your Google Play order history and your receipt email).
Please never send us your password or payment card details. We will never ask for them. How we handle your email is explained in the privacy policy.
2. Comfort settings and reduced flashing
Rampstorm is about flying through storms, with lightning, turbulence, screen shake and vibration. You can soften all of them in Settings:
- Storm comfort > Reduced flashing: softer lightning with no bright flashes. Lightning bolts still show, because they warn you about a hazard.
- Storm comfort > Steady Hands: halves storm turbulence. Runs flown with it earn normal rewards; leaderboards and ghosts show a Steady Hands mark, and weekly storm records count full-strength runs only.
- Effects & tips: turn down Effects intensity and Screen shake. Effects intensity never hides hazards, warnings or hit feedback.
- Audio & haptics: turn Vibration off or lower its strength, and set Propeller buzz to Off, Subtle or Normal.
- Accessibility & visuals > Reduced motion: no screen shake, flashes or big zoom pulses. The same section has Text size (up to 150%), the Retro screen look and the safe-corridor hint.
All audio warnings are also shown on screen. If any effect makes you feel unwell, stop playing and turn on Reduced flashing or Reduced motion before you play again. Restore default settings at the bottom of Settings puts every setting back to its default without touching your progress, Coins or purchases.
3. Controls
Choose how you fly in Settings > Controls:
- Assisted (the default): tap or hold the left flight area. The nose lifts gently while powered and eases into a glide when you let go.
- Drag pitch: hold the left flight area to fly, and drag up or down while holding to set the pitch.
- Tilt pitch: tilt the device to set the pitch; tapping or holding the screen still powers the engine. Use Calibrate neutral pose while holding the device comfortably. If your device has no motion sensor, touch controls are used.
- Action controls: large on-screen buttons, or edge gestures (swipe up or right on the screen edge). Boost and Lift can be held or set to toggle on and off, and Sensitivity changes how strongly the plane answers.
- Left-handed layout mirrors the flight controls.
- In the Expanse you steer by Touch & hold, Tilt or an on-screen Stick. Switch it in Settings or from the pause menu during a flight.
On the ramp, a needle sweeps the launch dial: tap once while it is in the green window for a precise launch. Settings > Help has Replay tutorial, and Help & Legal explains flying, contracts, modes and Coins in more detail.
4. Restore purchases
Hangar Kits, theme packs and direct unlocks are one-time purchases linked to the Google account you used to buy them, so they can come back on a new install or a new device.
- Make sure your device is online and the Google Play Store is signed in to the same Google account you used to buy the item.
- Open Rampstorm and go to the main menu. The game checks with Google Play for your purchases then, and again when you come back to the game.
- If something is still missing, tap Restore purchases in the Shop, on the Account screen, or in Settings > Account & privacy.
- If it still does not appear, check the purchase is listed in your Google Play order history and is not pending or refunded, then email us with the order number and your Support ID.
Note: game progress, such as Coins (earned or bought in coin packs), XP, story progress, completed contracts and items bought with Coins, is saved only on your device and cannot be restored after uninstalling, deleting your profile or changing devices. Only one-time real-money purchases are restored.
5. Refunds and purchase problems
Purchases are processed by Google Play, and refunds follow Google Play's refund policy. To request a refund, see Google Play's refund help page. If a payment went through but the item did not unlock, first try the steps in Restore purchases, then email us. A purchase that Google Play shows as pending unlocks once Google Play confirms it.
Some things you buy with Coins can be cancelled for your Coins back within 24 hours, before you fly with or upgrade them: open Account > Purchase history, choose the purchase and tap Cancel purchase if it is shown. What happens to items after a real-money refund is explained in the terms of use.
6. Delete your data
We do not keep your game data on any server. Everything is on your device, and you can delete it yourself:
- In the game: open Account and tap Delete profile, then confirm twice. This permanently erases everything Rampstorm stores about you on this device: your career and story progress, Coins, owned items, looks, records and purchase records, your settings, your Airmail inbox and your saved Attack runs, and gives you a new Support ID. Hangar Kits you bought come back with Restore purchases.
- In Android settings: go to Settings > Apps > Rampstorm > Storage and tap Clear storage (the exact names vary by device). Delete profile already erases your settings, Airmail inbox and saved Attack runs; Clear storage on top of that also removes your ad consent choice and the ads software's own data.
- Uninstall the game. This removes all of its data from the device.
These steps cannot be undone. They do not remove one-time purchases you made with real money, which stay with your Google account. Before deleting, you can copy everything the game stores to your device's clipboard with Account > Export my data and paste it somewhere safe.
If you emailed us and want that conversation deleted, email dev@productseal.com. To manage data Google holds for ads, see the next section. The full details are in the privacy policy.
7. Change your ad choices
- In the game: open Settings > Account & privacy and tap Privacy choices (also on the Sponsor Kiosk, where rewarded ads are offered). Where Google's consent tool offers choices, you can change or withdraw your consent, and in US states with privacy laws you can opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and targeted advertising. If no choices apply where you are, the game tells you so.
- On your device: reset or delete your advertising ID under Settings > Privacy > Ads or Settings > Google > Ads, depending on your Android version.
- With Google: manage ad personalisation at https://myadcenter.google.com/.
All ads in Rampstorm are optional rewarded ads, usually short videos, with a limit of 6 a day. Declining consent or never watching ads does not affect free play. More detail is in the privacy policy.
8. Playing offline and online features
Rampstorm has no account, no sign-in and no cloud save, and almost everything works offline, including the story, Arcade, Attack, Flight School and the daily and weekly challenges. You need a connection only to watch a rewarded ad or to buy or restore something. When the game starts it also checks with Google's consent tool whether a consent message is needed where you are.
Multiplayer is marked "Coming soon". Ghost Races are switched off in this version, so nothing about you is shared with other players. The rival names on the leaderboard are made up by the game.
